Your tasks - independent, audience-oriented and versatile
- Taking responsibility: You independently manage one or more IT basic services - from strategic development to operational implementation. You always keep functionality, security, technological trends and cost-effectiveness in focus
- Understanding and prioritising needs: You systematically capture user requirements and trends, analyse them and develop innovative, sustainable solutions
- Cross-functional implementation: You orchestrate collaboration between internal departments and external partners, promote agile working methods and ensure efficient and flexible implementation
- Transparent communication: You communicate openly, clearly and appropriately for the target audience, build trust and thus strengthen partnerships with your stakeholders
Your profile - communicative, precise and responsible
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field forms the basis. You have broad ICT knowledge and are well acquainted with current technologies
- You bring several years of practical experience in product and service management, ideally complemented by knowledge in business engineering. Experience in administration is a plus. Further training in project management (e.g. HERMES), as a Product Owner (e.g. Scrum PSPO) or Business Analyst rounds off your profile
- You enjoy teamwork and appreciate an open, solution-oriented dialogue
- With your quick comprehension, clear communication and professional appearance, you convince and network internal and external specialists effectively

Central IT
Central IT is the competence and service centre of the cantonal administration for IT matters. It supports the State Chancellery, the directorates and the courts in economically, efficiently and effectively fulfilling their tasks through digitalisation and automation. The range of services includes the implementation of cross-directorate digitalisation projects, ensuring basic IT services, providing business applications and managing information security.
