Connecting Abacus, processes, and digitalisation: We are looking for a person who not only understands ERP systems but also develops concrete solutions for demanding business processes from them. The position is suitable for experienced consultants as well as ambitious professionals with strong IT and process understanding.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of companies regarding the Abacus business software
Analysis of existing business processes and development of efficient digital solutions
Design and implementation of individual Abacus solutions
Accompanying customer projects from requirements gathering to successful implementation
Optimisation of ERP processes in areas such as finance, payroll, order processing, and administration
Conducting workshops to determine professional and technical requirements
Configuration and further development of Abacus modules
Support with integrations between Abacus and other business applications
Analysis of data structures and development of sustainable solution approaches
Participation in ERP migrations, release changes, and system optimisations
Building automated workflows and digital processes
Support with interface projects and API-based integrations
Creation of solution concepts and technical documentation
Continuous development of Abacus know-how and monitoring of new ERP technologies
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience with Abacus or comparable ERP systems
Strong understanding of business processes and their digital representation
Technical affinity and interest in interfaces, databases, and system integrations
Ideally knowledge of SQL, APIs, or modern integration technologies
Analytical and structured thinking
Ability to translate complex requirements into understandable and implementable solutions
Enjoyment of customer consulting and project-oriented work
Independent, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
Motivation to continuously familiarise yourself with new Abacus functionalities and digitalisation topics
