What you can contribute

• Responsible for the portfolio and continuous development of the market offering "Specialist Application Full Service"
• Reviewing and categorising existing and new specialist applications regarding their compatibility with the market offering
• Defining and being responsible for the measurement parameters and evaluation models for classifying specialist applications
• Advising customers, account managers and project managers on the choice of the appropriate market offering and operating mode
• Supporting product managers in the professional and commercial development of the market offerings for which they are responsible
• Managing the entry point as the central contact point for matters relating to application management as well as analysing, processing and coordinating customer enquiries for specialist applications

What makes you unique

• University of Applied Sciences degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management, service management or IT portfolio management
• Sound understanding of IT application operations, IT service management as well as various operating and service models
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and the ability to prepare complex contexts appropriately for the target audience
• Professional appearance towards customers and internal stakeholders as well as independent, structured and solution-oriented working
• Good knowledge of two official languages
