IT Support Engineer 70%
Due to a retirement, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and technically skilled individual at our office in Ostermundigen from 1 November 2026, who enjoys competently supporting our IT users and actively shaping the quality of our IT services.
- Receiving, analysing, and processing faults in 1st and 2nd level support (phone, remote, and on-site assignments)
- Coordination with the 2nd level support of Dedica as well as external suppliers and partners
- Application support for clinical and operational applications in close collaboration with the respective application experts
- Function as SPoC: prioritisation, triage, and coordination of incidents and service requests
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC workstations, peripheral devices, and mobile devices
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, instructions, and knowledge articles
- Management of users and permissions in Active Directory as well as in file services
- Proactive identification of optimisation potentials for the continuous improvement of our IT services
- Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or several years of professional experience as a committed IT supporter – ideally with insights into healthcare
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, especially Active Directory and basic services
- Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and enjoyment of solution-oriented action
- High service orientation, team spirit, and the ability to remain calm and professional even in demanding situations
