Customer Service Specialist (M/F/D) 100%

• Workplace: Wädenswil (ZH)
• Start: immediately possible / by arrangement

In the customer service role, you are responsible for the telephone and written support and advice of customers worldwide as well as processing their enquiries and orders.

Your contribution - this is how you shape our success:

• Customer support for a European country
• Receiving and processing worldwide telephone and written customer enquiries and orders
• Recording orders, credit notes and invoices
• Dispatch of daily orders & backorders
• Shipping to overseas countries via DHL, Fedex and UPS
• Recording new customers
• Processing returns
• Inventory bookings
• Team representation

Are you our perfect match? Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in customer service
• Very good language skills in German and English (French and Italian advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft programmes, ERP Abacus and common IT applications
