Someone who wants to help build a real estate portfolio and likes to take initiative.

We hold and develop our own real estate portfolio in Switzerland, West Africa and Asia and also support clients with real estate transactions in Switzerland. We are a small team with short communication lines. What we decide, we implement ourselves.

The portfolio includes apartments and income properties in Switzerland, holiday apartments and rental apartments abroad as well as new construction projects in West Africa in the planning phase. In the coming years, we want to grow: in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and in Asia, including Japan. This development work is the core of this position.

Your tasks

01 Your focus: Building the real estate portfolio

Searching for new properties in Switzerland: plots, older buildings, apartmentsExploring new markets in Asia, including Japan: researching, making contacts, preparingProperty proposals with figures to enable us to make decisions

02 Management and rental in Switzerland and abroad

Renting out our properties: advertisements, viewings, contracts, handoversOrganising craftsmen and supervising workPreparing utility cost statements

03 Project development West Africa

Collaboration with architects, planners and designers in Switzerland and abroadCoordinating projects, also via online platformsManaging projects independently

04 Marketing, communication and social media

Managing and increasing the visibility of our listings on Airbnb, Booking and other online platformsBuilding social media presence for our propertiesPreparing the marketing of real estate projects: images, texts, channelsCommunication with guests, tenants and partners

05 Clients and administration

Supporting clients with the purchase, sale and rental of properties; preparing and reviewing documents, contact with notaries and land registriesAdministrative tasks related to all these duties
