About the job
We offer you an exciting and challenging role in a dynamic environment where you can contribute. Your area of responsibility specifically includes the following tasks:
- Receiving and timely processing of written and telephone orders / assignments
- Creating order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices within the specified deadline
- Arranging and monitoring delivery dates with customers, reporting any delivery bottlenecks to supervisors
- Clarifying availability with the warehouse and sales departments
- Receiving product and price enquiries
- Preparing quotations in consultation with the sales departments
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Coordinating activities with other departments in the company to ensure customer needs are met
- Customer service in the internal sales department
- Creating and sending invoices to customers
- Ensuring invoicing for the month-end closing
- Clarifying invoice details and resolving discrepancies with customers
- Administrative handling of complaints
- Processing credit notes, cancellations and corrections of invoices
- Receiving and handling customer complaints by phone and email
- General administrative / commercial tasks
- Responsible for maintaining and updating customer data
- Article and master data maintenance, including document filing
- Contributing to the optimisation of existing processes
- Support and deputising within the team
- Introduction of new employees
Our expectations of you:
- Commercial basic training (EFZ), at least profile E
- First professional experience mandatory
- Confident German and French (at least B2) mandatory, additional language skills a great advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (Navision knowledge an advantage)
- Good comprehension with quick implementation ability
- Communicative personality and dynamic working style
