Head of Demolition, Deconstruction, and Stripping (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities with regard to the company objectives:
- Overall responsibility for the demolition, deconstruction, and stripping division
- Independently acquire, calculate, and successfully implement projects
- Lead, promote, and plan the deployment of employees and apprentices
- Allocate machines, equipment, and resources as required
- Further develop and optimise organisations and processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Proactively manage order backlog, utilisation, and capacities of the division
- Continuously monitor cost development and profitability of the division and initiate appropriate measures
- Support customers, site management, suppliers, and project partners and resolve technical queries
- Prepare and check reports, measurements, time and material work, and billing
- Maintain complete project documentation
- Ensure collaboration between the construction site, administration, and project management
Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:
- Completed training in the main construction trade or a related field
- Further training as a construction foreman, site manager, or foreman
- Several years of experience in concrete deconstruction, concrete drilling, or concrete cutting
- Good knowledge of common drilling, cutting, and deconstruction methods
- Technical understanding of construction processes, statics, and lifting operations
- Experience in calculation, measurement, and billing
- Independent and structured working style
- Leadership skills and sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
- Organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and solution-oriented approach
- Confident use of common office, calculation, and construction software solutions
- Very good knowledge of German
- Driving licence category B
