Deputy Managing Director Controlled Concrete Demolition (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities with a view to the company’s objectives:
- Management of the branch: Operational and economic responsibility for the location as well as leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees and apprentices
- Customers & Market: Support of existing customers, acquisition of new customers as well as handling of tenders, offers and contract negotiations
- Project management: Planning, coordination and monitoring of concrete demolition, drilling and cutting projects from calculation to billing
- Technology & Execution: Assessment of demanding construction projects, selection of suitable demolition methods and support with technical issues
- Finance & Controlling: Responsibility for budget, turnover and profitability as well as ongoing monitoring of costs, utilisation and project results
- Safety & Quality: Ensuring occupational safety, execution quality and compliance with all legal and operational requirements
Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:
- Technical or craft-based basic training in the construction industry
- Further training as construction foreman, site manager, foreman, technician HF, master builder or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in concrete demolition, concrete drilling/cutting or related fields
- Experience in calculation, order processing, site management and project control
- Technical understanding as well as entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
- Leadership competence, decisiveness and customer-oriented demeanour
- Independent, structured working style with a high awareness of quality, costs and safety
- Resilient, reliable and flexible personality
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and industry-standard calculation and construction software
- Driving licence category B
