What you can contribute

• Take responsibility for managing infrastructure processes and resources in the Provision & Operations area, optimise these resources, and provide the necessary key figures and target-actual deviations through periodic reporting
• Organise and lead the area through relevant processes in normal and extraordinary situations and bear responsibility for results
• Ensure appropriate communication between your own area, your superior, and the areas to be supported technically/informatively
• Ensure the required availability and the economical, safe, and legally compliant operation of all properties according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the owner’s representative
• Support tenants, users, operators, owners, and representatives of construction management in defining their needs and incorporate operational aspects
• Issue relevant technical guidelines for your area in infrastructure in compliance with overarching directives and instructions and ensure their adherence and implementation

What makes you unique

• Higher education (e.g. University of Applied Sciences, Higher Technical School) or equivalent education with corresponding experience and practical proof
• Postgraduate course or degree in Business Administration
• Expertise in process management, IT (MS Office), procurement, organisation, production planning and control
• Experience from the performance processes of an army logistics centre in the fields of real estate, controlling, quality management, and finance
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership position as well as successful work in specialist and project roles
• Solid IT and SAP R/3 knowledge, knowledge of ARIS (methodology and tools)
