Our core competence lies in the design and production of durable plastic containers with customised foam inserts to protect high-quality equipment.

To support our management, we are looking for a

Team Leader / Deputy Managing Director (m/f)

Your main tasks:

• Supporting the managing director in leading the team of the sub-departments administration, design, and sales with about 6 employees
• Supporting and collaborating in the team, especially on demanding projects and acquisitions
• Independently managing this sub-department in the event of deputising, overall management of the company as co-managing director
• Acquisition and customer care of key accounts

Your profile:

• You are between 30 and 50 years old and have successfully completed an apprenticeship in a technical profession
• Subsequently completed further education with a university of applied sciences degree
• You possess strong leadership and social skills and have a good track record in a similar position
• You are a good team player, lead your employees with enthusiasm, and maintain a friendly, collegial manner
• Your mother tongue is German, and you also have very good knowledge of English
• You have excellent planning and organisational skills. Economic thinking is not foreign to you
• Reading technical drawings poses no difficulty for you
• You appreciate versatile and interdisciplinary collaboration with customers and suppliers
• You are a creative, versatile, and solution-oriented personality with very good technical understanding
• You are very flexible, enjoy working independently, and are resilient. Your high commitment distinguishes you as a team leader
• You do not shy away from special assignments if required and do not lose overview even when things get hectic
