IT Specialist / System Engineer System Technology (m/f/d) Permanent Position60–100% / Location: Hünenberg (ZG)

Your tasks

• Planning, installation, maintenance and updating of internal and client IT infrastructure
• Support, maintenance and continuous updating of our own data centre
• Reliable deployment and patch management
• Ensuring stable and smooth operation of our own and clients’ IT infrastructure
• Continuous optimisation of IT processes and operational workflows
• Active participation in IT projects within a motivated team
• First and second level support in the client area (remote and on site): You answer user enquiries, document faults and discuss more complex requests internally
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Your profile

• Solid professional experience in IT administration and technical support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Hyper-V, HPE server systems and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of a programming or scripting language (e.g. PowerShell) and SQL is an advantage
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach
• Good communication and analytical skills
• High degree of independence, reliability, teamwork and resilience
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Willingness for on-call duty and occasional work outside regular hours
