ICT System Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
A varied IT position offers the opportunity to take responsibility both in technical support and in the operation of client and server environments. We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with experience in Windows infrastructures and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
The role includes support via telephone and email as well as regular assignments at customer sites. Additionally, installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems are part of the diverse range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handling support cases at 1st and 2nd level via various communication channels
Monitoring and maintenance of client, server, and workstation environments
Installation and configuration of hardware and software as well as commissioning of new systems
Technical support at customer sites and independent execution of service assignments
Troubleshooting and sustainable resolution of faults within the ICT infrastructure
Ensuring professional support and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical background
Several years or solid experience in ICT support or system administration
Good knowledge of Windows Server including AD, DNS, DHCP and GPO as well as Windows 10/11
Knowledge of VMware and ideally experience with M365, Exchange, MDM/EMM, backup systems and networks
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
