For our Legal section at the Brugg location, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

Your tasks

• Contact person at ENSI for legal and procedural questions in supervision and management as an authority (broad range of legal areas)
• Drafting clarifications and legal documents as well as preparing decision bases
• Participation in the development of legal foundations and the further development of the ENSI regulatory framework
• Coordination of cooperation with other authorities
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects and contribution of legal aspects

Your profile

• Law degree, bar admission advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in administration, at court or in a law firm desired
• In-depth knowledge of public law (especially federal and administrative law; possibly criminal law)
• Experience in project management advantageous
• High service orientation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as interest in technical contexts
• Responsible, resilient and team-oriented personality with pronounced analytical skills
• Strong social and self-competence with high personal responsibility, organisational strength, self-reflection as well as an efficient, networked and goal-oriented way of thinking and working
• Confident and assured in coordination processes (cooperative, dialogue- and solution-oriented)
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills desired

The politically and economically independent authority is represented in over 70 national and international commissions and expert groups for nuclear safety and actively participates in the further development of safety requirements.
