ESPRIT Netzwerk AG is a dynamic orchestrator supporting banks and financial service providers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Over 65 qualified employees form the interface in the ecosystem between our customers and the long-standing software and operations partners.As the link between banks, software manufacturers and providers, you coordinate various activities with a focus on input & output management. You are responsible for the development and implementation of banking-related requirements across the entire spectrum of Document Management Systems (DMS).
Business Analyst Input & Output Management 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Participation in the planning, implementation and validation of projects in the area of output management and document management systems (DMS)
- Continuous optimisation and further development of the software solution Docucom for the individual output of all ESPRIT banks as well as other connected systems
- Collection and review of business requirements and their translation into technical specifications for document generation and distribution
- Close collaboration with customers, specialist departments and external partners as well as competent advice and support on professional and technical issues
- Early detection of deviations and risks as well as initiation of appropriate escalation and resolution processes
- Support of product management in selected tasks and operational activities (e.g. budgeting)
Your Profile
- Degree in business informatics/business administration/finance (FH, HF, federal diploma) or similar is an advantage
- Several years of experience in input & output management (DMS) or practical experience at a regional bank with corresponding willingness to learn
- Experience in project business as well as advanced user knowledge of applications (e.g. Docucom/Domtrac, Finnova or similar)
- Good conceptual and analytical skills and a good understanding of contexts and processes
- Personality with good organisational skills and enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholders
- Initiative and adaptability in dynamic environments
