To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an open, communicative, and service-oriented individual ready to support our users and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide first-level IT support and handle incidents as well as service requests from employees.
• Maintain the site IT infrastructure, including networks, physical equipment, telephony, mobile devices, and OT equipment.
• Ensure the availability and reliable use of IT systems provided on site, in compliance with GMP documentation requirements.
• Plan, execute, and support local IT projects.
• Prepare GMP qualification documentation and participate in the qualification of IT equipment.
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle: ordering, allocation, tracking, decommissioning, and updating the asset database (CMDB).
• Contribute to the design and development of IT security architecture in collaboration with the Security team.

• Completed professional training in the field of IT.
• Experience in medium or large network environments.
• Good knowledge of IT and network technologies.
• An ITIL Foundation certification as well as knowledge of GAMP are assets.
• Proficiency in an incident management tool, such as ServiceNow, is desirable.
• Excellent command of English is essential.
