What to expect

• IT support with impact: You support users in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Technology in action: You install, configure and maintain hardware and software as well as ICT devices - from laptops to servers.
• Troubleshooting & automation: You resolve faults, monitor systems and use automation scripts to optimise processes.
• IT infrastructure & security: You work on networks, servers and IT security solutions and document your work carefully.
• Strong foundation: In the first year of apprenticeship, you acquire your basic knowledge at the ICT Vocational Training Centre AG - a strong basis for your professional future.

What you bring

• Good performance in secondary school (especially mathematics and science), level Sek or Real
• Interest in computer science, technology and digital solutions
• Enjoy helping, communicating and solving technical problems
• Reliability, team spirit and willingness to learn
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English or French skills are an advantage
