Job Description

• Careful handling of food and kitchen equipment
• Preparation of high-quality menus and à la carte dishes for patients and guests
• Managing own station including order management and inventory control
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Active support in achieving company goals
• Working hours in a two-shift system until a maximum of 9 pm
• Handles and stores food according to hygiene guidelines | HACCP concept.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a cook
• Solid several years of professional experience at a good gastronomic level or hospital gastronomy
• A high standard of quality, an organised and efficient way of working
• Reliable personality and team spirit
• Drive for challenging tasks and the ability to set priorities
• Calm under pressure as well as openness and creativity towards change requests from guests, patients and colleagues
• Excellent manners and a confident appearance
• Good knowledge of German
• Know-how in the field of patisserie is an advantage
