The Curative Education School Centre (HPSZ): One school - four locations. We teach and support our pupils holistically and individually from kindergarten age to school leaving. Our diverse educational offer enables good academic, social, and personal development. For the HPSZ Olten we are looking for a Social Pedagogue 1st-3rd Grade, 39% from 19.10.2026, limited until 31.07.2027, with possible extension.
Your responsibilities
- Together with a class teacher and a pedagogical staff member, you lead the class with up to eight children. The required percentage is distributed over Tuesdays, Wednesday mornings, and Fridays during teaching weeks.
- You are committed to individual and small group support of the children in their social-emotional development.
- You prepare structuring aids and daily plans within the class team.
- You handle the administrative tasks related to the teaching assignment. Additionally, you participate in meetings and discussions (in the overall and class team, support planning, parent meetings, interdisciplinary professional discussions).
- You are responsible for supervising the class lunch table.

- You have a recognised qualification in social pedagogy.
- You enjoy working with children in the behavioural support area.
- You respond to the individual needs of our children.
- You engage in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary class team.
- Furthermore, you are resilient, creative, flexible, and have a good sense of humour.
