To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for you as

Clerk Technical Customer Service 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Processing and coordination of customer complaints
• Contact person for national and international service centres
• Planning, monitoring and optimisation of service and repair processes
• Technical examination and evaluation of complaint cases in cooperation with quality management
• Analysis of repair and service cases to identify potential improvements
• Support in defining spare parts and service kits as well as creating service instructions
• Support in evaluating complaints, returns and repairs as well as creating key figures

Our requirements:

• Experience in technical customer service, service or complaint management
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• A technical basic education is an advantage, preferably in refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical or mechanical engineering
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
