System Administrator Microsoft Workplace (80-100%)

You have completed your training as an IT specialist EFZ (specialising in platform development) or a comparable qualification and have already gained initial professional experience in operating Windows and Microsoft environments. You know that stable operation is more than just handling tickets. It is about understanding systems and their dependencies holistically, recognising anomalies early through proactive monitoring, and sustainably resolving disruptions with a structured root cause analysis. High customer satisfaction is always at the centre. In our Smart Workplace team, you take responsibility for the stable operation of our clients, servers, Microsoft 365 environments, and our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform. As the central technical contact point, you prioritise incidents according to service level and business impact and accompany them from the first triage to the sustainable solution. In doing so, you work closely with experienced system engineers who actively share their knowledge. Support, operation, and engineering are closely intertwined with us. This way, you can take on technical responsibility, specifically contribute your strengths, and develop professionally in a central operational role. What awaits you

• Operation and maintenance of clients and servers in the Microsoft 365 and Windows environment
• Configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle of clients, servers, and Citrix components
• Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions, remotely and on site
• Handling of service requests and changes according to clear, structured processes
• Responsibility for the inventory of hardware and software as well as for clean documentation
• Participation in projects around workplace, cloud, and infrastructure
• Close collaboration with system engineers, network, and security

We expect from you

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ, or comparable qualification
• Solid practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment as well as Windows clients and servers
• Initial contact with Citrix. You will deepen your knowledge with us
• Understanding of ITIL processes, not a certificate fetish, but structured working
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and genuine curiosity to understand things rather than just fix them
• Team spirit and willingness to pitch in during operations when it gets critical
• Very good German skills (native or business fluent), French or English an advantage
• Driving licence category B (for on-site assignments at the customer)
• Affinity for automation (PowerShell, Intune, Microsoft Graph) is a plus, not a must
