Junior ICT Supporter

Start date: from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement in Kriens (with willingness to travel to Zurich and Langenthal)

Your area of responsibility

• You handle IT requests in first level support (phone, e-mail, ticket system) including classification and forwarding
• You install, maintain and service IT workstations and maintain documentation as well as the IT inventory
• You support employees with everyday IT questions about Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.), internal IT training and IT onboarding
• You communicate and coordinate with external IT service providers on hardware, software and network issues
• You participate in IT projects (rollouts, system updates, migrations)

Your profile

• You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist or equivalent)
• You have initial experience in IT support (e.g. through internship, apprenticeship or part-time job)
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Windows environment
• You have an independent, careful and team-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in working with people and solution-oriented thinking
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You hold a driving licence (category B) for travel between locations; pool vehicles are available.
