What to expect from us

• Together with your team colleagues, you take responsibility for purchasing as well as partner and service request management of IT.
• You drive the further development of the ITSM platform (based on ServiceNow) and actively participate in its implementation.
• Together with stakeholders, you ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity of the CMDB.
• You manage existing partners, monitor contracts, and conduct tenders in compliance with our compliance requirements.
• You monitor service delivery to our internal customers, optimise reporting, and ensure that quality and risk management are seamlessly implemented.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies or further training in computer science or business informatics
• Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge in configuring ServiceNow (workflows, forms, service catalogue, reports, CMDB, ITSM processes)
• Sound knowledge of ITIL and process design
• Strong service orientation and a "hands-on" mentality
