HR Specialist / HR Services / Administration / Bank 100% / ZH

Project: To support an existing HR Services Team, we are looking for an experienced and reliable individual for operational HR administration at the Zurich location. Start 12.10.26 for 3 months at 100%. We are seeking a person who, due to their experience in HR administration, can quickly become productive and immediately relieve the team.

Tasks:

• Handling standard enquiries from employees by phone and email
• Support with administrative HR processes
• Taking over and independently handling routine tasks in daily HR business
• Relieving the HR Services Team of administrative tasks
• Ensuring correct, careful and timely processing
• Responsible and discreet handling of confidential personnel data

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training
• Solid practical experience in personnel administration / HR administration
• Experience in HR Services or a comparable administrative HR function
• Confident handling of telephone and written employee enquiries
• Independent, proactive and careful working style
• High accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
• Discretion and professional handling of confidential information
• Very good MS Office skills are an advantage

• German: C2
• English: nice to have
