In the business unit inclusioplus of Psychiatry Baselland, the services for disability assistance are consolidated. inclusioplus offers various forms of supported work, differently intensively supervised living arrangements in Liestal and Niederdorf, outpatient residential support as well as meaningful day activities for people with cognitive, psychological and multiple impairments.

To strengthen our team in the integration company Manufactory, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled person with experience in working with people with psychological impairments. In our manufactory, we carefully produce, among other things, cards and soaps by hand and also undertake individual commissioned work. The production is embedded in a supported work environment aimed at participation, development and stabilisation.

Professional Responsibility

• Management and inclusive further development of the soap division
• Planning, organisation and coordination of production processes
• Independent and structured work supervision of 4–8 employees with disability insurance pension
• Quality control as well as participation in product development and design
• Contribution to the visibility of the products (e.g. product sales)

Educational Responsibility

• Support and promotion of people with psychological impairments in everyday work
• Key worker role for around 12 employees: status assessments, support planning and implementation
• Case management in cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies
• Documentation according to cantonal requirements
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team

• Completed training as a work educator, social pedagogue HF/FH or care specialist EFZ
• Craft or technical interest and/or prior training or professional experience in the production sector
• Ideally professional experience in supporting people with psychological impairments
• Resilient, empathetic and structured personality with high social competence and strong quality awareness
• Experience with disability insurance measures is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Very good written expression skills for reports and documentation
