At the intensive residential group Münsingen of the University Psychiatric Centre (UPZ), a varied field of work awaits you, where you can contribute your expertise, actively shape care processes and develop individual solutions together with a committed team. You will work closely with various professional groups and simultaneously support trainees on their path into practice. You can expect a supportive team, a large area of responsibility and a diverse range of services that offer you space for professional development and co-creation.

Your tasks

• You actively shape the care processes of your assigned residents – from setting goals through implementation to reviewing measures
• You professionally manage demanding and complex situations, develop appropriate solutions together with those affected and promote their independence and personal responsibility
• You work systemically and ensure professional pre- and post-care – involving the social environment, relatives and other important reference persons
• You take responsibility in everyday life, coordinate upcoming tasks and ensure a reliable and well-structured daily routine together with the team
• You work closely with professionals from various disciplines and actively contribute your perspective in case discussions, professional reports and other exchange forums
• You take on a central role in the organisation and professional leadership of daily life as the person responsible for the day
• You support apprentices and students during their practical training, pass on your expertise and help them develop their professional skills
• You document care processes carefully, implement agreed measures and thus contribute to a high quality of care
• You contribute to projects and further developments and actively shape the offerings of the residential group

Your profile

• You have a qualification as a Certified Nurse HF with experience in psychiatry or as a Certified Social Pedagogue HF/FH
• You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions and keeping an overview even in demanding situations
• You work cooperatively, solution-oriented and appreciate collaboration in an interprofessional team
• You treat people with respect, reflect on your own actions and bring a professional attitude to complex care situations
• You enjoy supporting apprentices and students and want to pass on your expertise
• You are open to new ideas, actively contribute and are interested in continuous professional and personal development
