Production Planner AVOR (80-100%)

Plan. Control. Optimise.

As the central hub between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production, you ensure efficient, timely, and economical production planning. You work operationally close to production while simultaneously driving continuous improvement of processes and material flows.

Your tasks

• Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily and medium-term production
• Creating and prioritising production orders in the ERP system
• Ensuring material availability and coordinating machine, personnel, and production capacities
• Monitoring and optimising material flows and production processes
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating appropriate measures
• Analysing key figures such as OEE, delivery reliability, inventories, and productivity
• Participating in the S&OP process and supporting cost and efficiency analyses
• Active involvement in lean management, continuous improvement process (CIP), and process optimisation projects
• Close collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and production

Your profile

• Technical or food technology basic training
• Further training as a Process Specialist with a Federal Certificate of Competence or equivalent
• Several years of experience in AVOR, production planning, or production control
• Very good ERP/PPS knowledge
• Experience in lean management, process optimisation, and key figure analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and very good numerical understanding
• Networked thinking and understanding of production and material flows
• Structured, consistent, and independent working style
• Resilient, communicative personality with assertiveness
