Recourse Management Specialist

Your Role

• Timely processing of open cases according to AVV

• Ensuring communication regarding recourse cases with third parties, railway companies, workshops, tenants, and insurers

• Close coordination with internal teams (ECMII+III, Technical Field Service)

• Close coordination with the Finance and Sales Back Office departments; preparation of invoice templates for financial accounting and guidelines for passing on costs to the responsible parties

• Regular training in wagon technology and AVV regulations, mainly Chapter V

Your Profile

• Vocational training in technical and/or commercial fields

• Further training in the AVV area

• Industry knowledge and professional experience in the railway sector and freight wagons

• Product knowledge in wagon technology, railways and/or freight wagons

• Experience in claim management

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (level C1) as well as good English skills (level B2)

• Good IT user skills

• Excellent self-organisation, reliability, and structured working

• High commitment and result orientation
