Your mission includes:

• Responsibility for a modern, secure and high-performance IT infrastructure in a dynamic environment

• Strategic management of external IT service providers and building sustainable partnerships

• Further development of cloud-based work environments and future-oriented system landscapes

• Design and implementation of pioneering digitalisation projects with a focus on security and innovation

• Strategic co-design of IT investments, technology decisions and supplier relationships

• Competent support of users with technical questions at various support levels

• Identification of automation potentials and development of smart solutions for more efficient digital workflows

What do I need to be successful?

What you bring:

• Solid education in the IT field (computer science, business informatics or comparable)

• Several years of practical experience in managing complex IT infrastructures

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and modern system landscapes

• Strong security awareness and understanding of IT security concepts
