Quality Management Specialist 80% - 100% (Everyone is welcome)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring quality standards for new vehicles as well as repairs
- Conducting incoming, intermediate and outgoing inspections on vehicles
- Documenting the results of quality checks & following up on quality defects
- Creating new vehicle planning in collaboration with the dispatcher and operations manager
- Close cooperation with sales, workshop, warehouse and operations management
- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes
- Training and supporting employees regarding quality standards
- Continuous improvement of workflows and processes to ensure high vehicle quality
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the technical or automotive field
- Experience in commercial vehicles or quality management is an advantage
- Driving licence category C (truck) is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good organisational skills and a team-oriented personality
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
