We are looking for a Principal Expert Organisation Development (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and help shape the further development of Endress+Hauser Flow. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the organisation forward and create significant added value within the company. You will play a crucial role in supporting us with transformations, culture and values development, as well as major change projects.

As Principal Expert Organisation Development, you will play a key role in advancing our organisation. In our Product Center, you will work with dedicated professionals and drive transformation and change projects as well as HR initiatives that support the dynamic growth of our organisation and have a significant impact on the entire corporate group.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Design, accompany and implement organisational development and change projects in close collaboration with HR Business Partnering.
- Advise and support leaders in change processes.
- Analyse and further develop organisational structures, roles and processes.
- Develop, design, moderate and facilitate workshops on topics such as collaboration, leadership, change management and culture.
- Implement and further develop HR tools for organisational diagnosis (e.g. employee surveys, culture measurements, analyses, etc.).
- Work closely with our strategic HR Business Partners, management and other HR expert functions.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a degree in business, psychology or a related field.
- Possess additional training that meaningfully complements strategic HR competencies.
- Bring more than 10 years of experience in organisational development, change management or strategic business partnering.
- Have sound knowledge of modern organisational models (e.g. agile structures, New Work, systemic approaches, organisational health, etc.).
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, communication strength and systemic thinking.
- Have extensive experience in designing and moderating workshops and training sessions as well as coaching top management.
- Are an open, solution-oriented personality with a confident and engaging manner, high social competence and a team-oriented working style.
- Communicate fluently in German and English.
