• Translating professional requirements into IT requirements
• Evaluating and assessing solution approaches regarding functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Prioritising and planning the implementation of requirements
• Testing implemented requirements and supporting the release (system integration)
• Communication and documentation of system updates
• Link between the service department, application management, and parameterisers
• Leading and participating in projects

• Knowledge of the industry solution Syrius or E-Claim Plus is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Basic knowledge of process management is an advantage
