Team Leader Analytical Development 100%
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a team of 5 employees
- Execution and supervision of method developments, validations and transfers within the scope of customer projects
- Planning and execution of stability studies
- Creation and review of analytical and quality-relevant documents
- Ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments, customers and external laboratories
Your profile
- Completed scientific degree (BSc/MSc)
- Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical analytics in a GMP environment
- Experience in leading a small team is essential
- Sound knowledge of HPLC, GC, dissolution and other analytical methods for solid dosage forms
- Very good GMP knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong quality awareness as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative, flexible and team-oriented personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality
