About the job
We build bridges and apply our expertise on behalf of Swiss health insurers, the cantons, and the Confederation. We play a central role in the implementation of Swiss and European social security law.
Customer Administration & Registration (m/f/d) 100 %
Strengthen our Customer & Registration team! We are looking for a reliable and committed individual to support our team in administration and gladly take on responsibility, starting immediately or by arrangement.
You will handle your files independently, conscientiously, and punctually, being responsible for their substantive, qualitative, and process-specific handling. You will review and assess eligibility, carry out registrations, and provide advisory support to our customers as well as domestic and foreign health insurers and service providers by phone and in writing. Your expertise is also in demand beyond national borders: you will conduct enquiries with the responsible authorities in the respective EU/EFTA countries and process requests for administrative assistance. You will maintain an overview even with diverse matters and ensure professional handling. With your careful and dedicated working style, you will make an important contribution to the team and support both the team management and your colleagues in daily work.
You have successfully completed your commercial training and ideally already have experience in the health insurance or administrative environment. Career changers or those re-entering the workforce are also welcome. You are confident in the digital working world and enjoy working with various IT systems and specialised applications. You impress with an efficient and reliable working style and enjoy quickly familiarising yourself with new systems and processes. Multilingualism is a great advantage for us: in particular, fluent French skills enable you to competently advise our customers. You enjoy working independently, quickly grasp new issues, and keep an overview even with diverse tasks. Accuracy and reliability are natural to you – as are team spirit and respectful interaction with your colleagues.
Look forward to an environment where commitment is valued and initiative is encouraged. You can expect thorough and practical induction, contemporary working conditions, attractive holiday arrangements, and diverse opportunities to develop your knowledge purposefully. We offer you space to take responsibility, contribute ideas, and make a difference together with us.
