Are you interested in processes, requirements, and digital solutions? As a Business Analyst, you take on an important hub function between sales, underwriting, and IT. You analyse business needs and coordinate their implementation. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to continuously developing processes and systems.

Your Tasks

• You coordinate collaboration at the interface between technical and business stakeholders.
• You analyse business requirements, document them, and accompany their implementation through to deployment.
• You support the business units in creating test designs and conducting tests, ensuring high implementation quality.
• You actively contribute to the further development of sales-relevant processes and applications and bring forward your own suggestions to improve existing solutions.
• You take on projects or subprojects of medium complexity.

Your Profile

• You have a higher education (HF/FH) in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• You have professional experience in the insurance industry or in business analysis and have actively participated in projects.
• You are interested in operational processes, workflows, and digital solutions and want to actively help shape them.
• You think in a connected way, work in a structured manner, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You convince through initiative, perseverance, and the willingness to familiarise yourself with new subject areas.
• You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French or English is an advantage.
