To further expand our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who competently advises customers, develops customised solutions, and acts as a central interface between customers, sales, and internal specialist departments.

Your contribution

• Technical advice and support for customers with demanding applications in measurement and automation technology, including in French
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable technical solution approaches
• Preparation, calculation, and active follow-up of offers
• Independent processing and clarification of technical customer enquiries
• Close cooperation with sales, product management, international plants, and order processing
• Coordination, support, and assistance with technical issues during the order phase
• Maintenance and documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system

Your skills and talents

• Technical basic training with further education at HF, FH level or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in industrial measurement technology, electrical/automation technology, process engineering, or a comparable technical environment
• Knowledge in electrical engineering, electronics, or automation is an advantage
• Enjoyment of technical customer consulting and developing practical solutions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High communication and teamwork skills in dealing with customers and internal interfaces
• French language skills at C1 level, spoken and written, are required
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
