The AGROLAB GROUP is a Europe-wide laboratory group with more than 2600 employees in over 30 branches. In Wallisellen, AGROLAB operates a new and state-of-the-art environmental analytics laboratory. The new laboratory examines solids (soil, excavation), building materials, and water for a wide range of pollutants using the most modern equipment.

Analyst (Chemistry)

Your tasks

• Practical work in instrumental analytics (e.g. LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, ICP-OES etc.) including preparation of sample material
• Independent processing of samples (e.g. extractions, acid digestions) of solid samples (soil, excavation material) and water samples
• Responsibility for maintenance and calibration of the instruments used
• Working under a defined quality management system (ISO 17025)

What you bring

• Training in chemistry or related fields (laboratory technician EFZ)
• Experience in instrumental analytics, for example LC-MS/MS, GC-MS and ICP-MS
• Technical aptitude in handling complex measuring devices
• Service orientation and personal responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills
