Job Description
Data is the basis for well-founded decisions, efficient processes, and sustainable real estate management. In this exciting specialist role, as part of our Data Management team, you will take on a central function at the interface of construction projects, property operations, facility management, and digitalisation. You ensure that information is available where it is needed and make a significant contribution to the further development of our digital working methods.
Together with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of real estate, project, and inventory data. You are responsible for the review, adoption, and archiving of construction and inventory documentation as well as master data. In doing so, you further develop data and information structures, ensure compliance with standards, and optimise data stocks in document management, CAFM, and archive systems.
A particular focus is on the implementation and further development of BIM-to-FM processes. You check and ensure the quality of BIM, CAD, and IFC data, accompany project handovers to operations, and create the basis for seamless digital real estate management. Furthermore, you contribute to digitalisation, integration, and transformation projects, support data migrations and system integrations, and drive the automation of processes forward.
As a competent contact person, you advise project managers and departments on data, documentation, and information management issues. You promote cross-departmental collaboration, actively accompany changes, and support the organisation on its path to the digital future. In doing so, you live the ETH values of trusting collaboration, take responsibility, think networked, and create sustainable added value for the organisation.
