What you achieve

• Targeted, high-quality, and economically optimised production of fruit bases, preserves, jams, and sauces on the available cooking equipment
• Coordination and leadership of directly supervised employees
• Fulfilment of the specified performance targets with the assigned employees (economic use of the provided resources)
• Monitoring of production processes as well as timely feedback on production orders and employee time control
• Completion of administrative tasks and ensuring production documentation
• Active participation at the various cooking stations to support employees
• Collaboration in cross-functional project groups

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: in the food sector (further training desired)
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the food industry sector
• An entrepreneurial and solution-oriented, networked mindset as well as initiative and resilience
• Proven leadership experience
• Good technical understanding
• Good MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge
• German (B2)
