Your Tasks
- Leading, supporting and developing skilled personnel as well as employees with predominantly cognitive disabilities
- Coaching group leaders in pedagogical and professional matters
- Maintaining contact with the social environment of the employees
- Operationalising the Brändi strategy and further developing the workshop group
- Assisting in the development of the product range (attractive, creative, modern)
- Timely and high-quality order processing of daily business, productive collaboration in the area as needed
- Leading and/or participating in overarching projects
- Calculations and personal support of business customers
- Active collaboration with the Brändi Products department
Your Profile
- Basic training in commercial, creative or technical fields with further education (federal diploma or higher professional education level)
- Experience or relevant further education in work pedagogy/social pedagogy is an advantage
- Proven, ideally multi-level leadership experience
- Broad experience from the service sector and/or arts and crafts desired
- Independent, team-oriented and empathetic personality with high reliability and resilience
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
- High motivation and enthusiasm to achieve more together
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365, common collaboration tools and ERP applications
