IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, mobile devices, peripherals, servers and network components
Administration of Active Directory, group policies, user environments as well as backup and restore solutions
Ensuring 1st and 2nd level support for business applications and the entire IT infrastructure
Processing and coordination of IT tickets as well as interface to 3rd level support
Monitoring system availability, carrying out escalations and maintaining inventory, documentation and checklists
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or technical training with corresponding further education in IT
Solid experience in system administration, IT infrastructure and technical support
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365/Office, SharePoint, Exchange and Windows Server
Experience with VMware and software distribution as well as willingness to learn further technologies
Fluent German language skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
