About the job

We are looking for a Residential Area Manager for our Solina Kirchbühl location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

How you make an impact

• Management and organisation of a residential area with 36 residents
• Direct leadership and promotion of the residential area staff
• 40% of working time in leadership / 60% in care
• Professional support and participation in the care and support of our residents
• Support of the Caring management in implementing the annual goals
• Responsibility for implementing our self-conception and leadership understanding
• Further development of the Caring process
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Budget responsibility

What defines you

• Professional qualification in care and support at tertiary level
• Professional and leadership experience in similar institutions
• Further training in leadership is an advantage or willingness to undertake it
• You have a solution-oriented, appreciative and empathetic approach to people and are able to motivate the team
• Decisiveness, innovation and joy in living and contributing skills
• You are solution-, process- and result-oriented and bring a mediating and communicative manner to the team
• Very good IT user skills
