For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer for a demanding and long-term project assignment within a large Swiss transport company.
You will work in a well-coordinated development team and take on challenging tasks throughout the entire software development lifecycle. The focus is on the development and further development of modern web applications with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
You will design and implement frontend and backend components, develop and integrate interfaces, and ensure high quality and maintainability of the developed solutions. You will work with both REST and GraphQL APIs and use backend technologies such as Java, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the build-up and further development of CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated build, test and deployment processes in modern cloud or container environments.
You actively participate in technical solution decisions and work closely with other developers as well as the involved specialist and project departments.
Requirements- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, including several years as a fullstack developer
- Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Very good practical experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js
- Solid backend experience with Java and Node.js
- Good to very good knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Extensive experience with API design and API integration, especially REST and GraphQL
- Practical experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with deployments in cloud or container environments
- University degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
