ICT Supporter (a) 60% [Ref:2796]

• Analysing and resolving technical problems
• Processing IT tickets, incidents, problems, and changes
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining peripheral devices
• Hardware and software rollouts
• Participating in ICT projects

• Successful completion of training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support as well as in the care and support of users
• Good knowledge of a Microsoft-based IT environment and common IT systems
• Sound knowledge of hardware, software, and workstation installations
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
