What you can contribute
- Analyse contracts and service packages to be taken over regarding utilisation level, duration and special features
- Assess technical and contractual transferability to BIT standard operations and coordinate with product owners and specialist departments on takeover risks and conditions
- Operationally support product owners by creating purchase requests, accompanying procurement as well as budget documentation and tracking throughout the application lifecycle
- Manage lifecycle planning (roadmap, releases, changes, replacements) and coordinate supplier performance according to contract (SLAs, key figures, quality) and contribute to documents for WTO procurements
- Ensure service readiness from the takeover day (monitoring, backup, patch management, access management) and contribute to security documentation (Schuban, ISDS, ICT baseline protection)
What makes you unique
- Completed tertiary education (HF, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics or ICT management; can be compensated by equivalent professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in ICT service management, especially in the takeover and operation of specialist applications; project experience in transition/transformation of applications into operational operation is desirable
- Confident handling of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release, service level management)
- Knowledge of public procurement law (BöB/VöB) including contract controlling and management of supplier services (SLA/KPI, escalation, extensions)
- Basic knowledge in security documentation (Schuban, ISDS, ICT baseline protection) for active participation in security concepts
- High personal responsibility and confident prioritisation under time pressure; convincing mediation between customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Good active knowledge of two official languages

As a central contact point, you bring together contracts, suppliers and specialist departments and ensure that takeovers succeed on time and with quality assurance. You accompany the entire lifecycle of the specialist application – from contract analysis through procurement to secure operational handover.
