- You accompany projects from the concept and planning phase through execution to successful handover to the client, ensuring economical, high-quality, and timely implementation
- You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners, planners, and clients, coordinating all activities throughout the entire project duration
- You work independently and take on the leadership and control of complex investment and plant projects
- You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as external partners and suppliers
- You accompany the realisation, assembly, and commissioning phases
- You regularly conduct project controlling and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- You build and maintain sustainable customer and business partner relationships
Profile
- Technical basic training with further education at FH, ETH level or equivalent
- Extensive experience in managing demanding technical projects in the field of thermal plants
- Experience in industrial plants, energy, process, infrastructure, or comparable project environments is an advantage
- Structured working method as well as pronounced organisational skills
- Communicative personality with negotiation skills and assertiveness
