IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for employees via telephone and ticket system and resolve support requests efficiently
You manage clients and end devices and ensure smooth IT operations
You document requests and solutions in a structured manner in the ITSM system and ensure quality
You consistently implement IT and security standards and support employees with IT questions
You participate in IT projects and contribute ideas for the ongoing improvement of IT services
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or comparable experience in IT support
You have experience with ticket systems. ITIL knowledge is an advantage
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365
You have a basic understanding of networks and apply this pragmatically
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
