TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised equipment. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "makers" on construction sites and events. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated clerk for finance and accounting 80 - 100 % from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support in financial accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Assistance in dunning and debt collection
• Situational support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of smaller reports and evaluations
• Further tasks in accounting

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training as an accounting clerk with certificate is an advantage
• German native language, good knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Good MS Office skills, especially confident handling of Excel
• Knowledge of the accounting software ABACUS and Dynamics 365 is desirable
• Independent, precise, solution-oriented and punctual working style
• Committed, team-oriented and flexible personality
