About the job
The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Holistic care at Adullam includes a high quality standard, lived humanity and great respect for old age.
Good geriatric care thrives on relationships and good leadership creates the framework for this.
Sometimes a place is needed where not everything has to get faster – but more conscious. With us, the person is at the centre: our patients as well as our employees. We believe that good care arises where expertise, responsibility and humanity work together. And leadership? For us, it means providing orientation, building trust and growing together.
For our private ward with 25 beds at Hospital Riehen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and reflective personality with genuine leadership presence who will walk this path with us:

- You actively participate in interprofessional collaboration as well as in continuous improvements (Lean Management)
