IT Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You advise and support business owners of the applications you manage
You manage external service providers and vendors and are responsible for problem and change management
You organise release and hotfix tests and train employees on system changes
You maintain databases and technical documentation and support IT operations, helpdesk and support
You participate in application and infrastructure projects and further develop processes and applications
Qualifications:
You have completed a computer science education (EFZ, HF or FA)
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, databases and networks
You bring experience in IT support or IT administration
You have in-depth knowledge of databases and SQL Server as well as confident use of Microsoft Office
Experience in software testing and project work is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
